7-Day Return Policy
At Harmoni Gold Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every piece before shipment to ensure quality and authenticity.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must include all original tags, certificates, and accessories.
- The item must show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
Quality Verification
Every jewelry item sold by Harmoni Gold Jewelry is inspected, photographed, and video recorded prior to shipment for quality assurance and security purposes.
These records are maintained to verify the condition, authenticity, weight, and characteristics of the item shipped to the customer.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, modification, or repair.
- Items returned with missing components.
- Items that do not match the original product shipped by Harmoni Gold Jewelry.
Any returned item that fails inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or denial of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
